The house layout is nice. Absolutely needs some paint, correcting up in a couple of places and new household furniture. The place was very clean and that’s what was most important to us. We have no complaints about the house. We liked the price of this house and didn’t hope a whole great deal.

Thank you for your feedback.  Without a doubt this residence can be a simple beach house and when you predict more this is not the place for yourself.  As with the outdoor spigot, without going into a great deal of details lets just say that it can be while in the works to become addressed.

We arrived as Claudette was leaving, so it rained most in the time we were there. Port St. Joe doesn’t have a whole lot to carry out within the rain, so make a backup plan just in the event that.

I loved that there were 2 bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO great for Grown ups who would like to travel together. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I would not rent it once again or propose it to an acquaintance.

4 The owner replaced the fridge since our last stay two years in the past, which was needed. I feel that the house owner needs to address a number of concerns. The main complaint that I have with the assets is the sliding glass doorways. Most, if not all, of these really need being replaced. The door which is used the most (from the dwelling/kitchen area towards the rear deck) is extremely tricky to open.

2 Would have been nice to have screen doorways to the patio doors so a person could open them and listen to the ocean. The pictures of the assets should be up to date to match the property, it is actually pretty run down and needs attention.

I did love you experienced two king beds that was nice. The coffee table was broken, 2 on the 3 plastic chairs outside ended up broken. The house really could utilize a good power washing and that would make a giant improvement to the flower-distribution deck. The house has so much potential it can be unhappy to check out it getting run down. I Unquestionably loved the area, however, if improvements are not made would not hire house yet again. Absolutely advise going to Port St Joe if you have not !!
